Oversized structural components were used to echo a high-tech architecture referencing the technology boom in the Austin metropolitan area and the lifestyle adopted by aspiring musicians. The main volume of the project is reserved for housing, social spaces, and the bistro. The slimmer adjoining building provides office spaces for the nonprofit organizations and practice areas for musicians.
